This report provides the analysis of the case study i.e. Innovation at International Foods or IFG. In this report, we will get to know the issues which were being faced by Josh Novak who is the new team manager with the existing staff in the IFG. Josh is mainly from Glow- Foods and Glow Foods was taken over by Innovations at International Foods (IFG). Josh was called up to the company because of the innovative ideas he had for the company which bought growth at Glow- Food by striking the younger market and the same duty he had to follow at IFG.
